Cable Harness

Currently, "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" have been elevated to national strategic levels. By leveraging the production process control philosophy and IoT concepts inherent in MES systems, enterprises are reorganizing production management processes, eliminating deficiencies, and achieving smart management, intelligent manufacturing, and smart logistics.

Industry Status

Challenges

· A gap exists between the planning and execution layers, resulting in constant updates to resources, materials, plans, and production processes.

· Lack of timely feedback on manufacturing execution status, resulting in passive production planning and scheduling difficulties.

· A serious disconnect between logistics and information flow, making it impossible to meet customer compliance reviews.

· Lack of timely and accurate data feedback from each process.

· Inability to obtain key traceability information related to production batches, including process conditions, production status, and quality inspection records.

01. Production Process Traceability

The system collects, records, and displays equipment production status, processing parameters, and high and low alarm limits, providing real-time guidance for on-site production control and comprehensive traceability.

02. Production Quality

Requirements Inspection standards, inspection items, and inspection tolerances for semi-finished and finished products are established based on the finished product part number and version to meet evolving product quality requirements.

03. Warehousing and Logistics Management

Completely control the raw material warehousing, inventory, receipt and return, and finished product warehousing and shipping processes; fully implement barcoding for raw material and finished product batches and storage locations.

04. Equipment Integration and Networking

Utilizing the PLC's automatic metering function and the Internet of Things (IoT), finished product lengths are automatically monitored, allowing for the performance of on-duty personnel and machine efficiency to be calculated.

05. Production Scheduling and Progress

Finite element scheduling is performed based on work order due dates, machine availability, mold and fixture availability, and material availability, while production progress is monitored in real time.

06. Production Early Warning and Alarm

Various production control indicators are established. When control items reach thresholds through data collection, alerts are issued via email, SMS, andon lights, and dashboards.
